Online three-month basic Hindi awareness course
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for registration of students for three month online Hindi Awareness Course bv ICCR in coordination with Indira Gandhi National Open Universitv (IGNOU) and Central Hindi Directorate (CHD)
ln order to remotely enhance learning opportunities in Hindi language to foreign nationals, ICCR has entered into a tripartite arrangement with Indira Gandhi National open University (lGNOU) and Central Hindi Directorate (CHD) to conduct a 3-month online Hindi Awareness course.
The course fee will be subsidised for the course. Interested candidates are required to deposit equivalent of US$15 with the Embassy, with their full name, email, contact number and country, latest by 03 April 2023. Kindly note that this course is for those with nil or very basic Hindi Knowledge. The course will accommodate 400 students registered on first come first serve basis .
The second batch is being offered for select countries in a time zone (GMT+3 to GMT-3) for a duration of three-month online Basic Hindi Awareness Course from 15 April 2023. It will be held at 1700 hrs. (IST) on Wednesday and Saturday every week.
